Here’s a basic overview of our boiler servicing and call out rates for areas within Maidstone and Kent.

From experience, we have found that we can usually find faults within the first hour of the callout. If parts are required as part of a repair, a quote will be provided to you by the engineer on site. We will not proceed with any repairs or part-fitting without your approval.

Servicing (Mon-Fri)

• £120 for our mains gas
• £120 for LPG boiler service 
• £148 for our oil boiler service
• £210 Commercial boiler service

Call-out (Mon-Fri – for up to first 60 minutes)

• £90 mains gas boiler call-out
• £100 LPG boiler call-out
• £120 oil boiler call-out
• £180 Commercial boiler call-out 
• £20 per 15 mins thereafter

Rates shown above include VAT at 20% and DO NOT include parts.

We always aim to diagnose and resolve the issue during our initial visit. However, if this isn’t possible (e.g. parts need to be ordered or the job is more complex), the call-out fee will still apply to cover the engineer’s time on site. In such cases, a detailed quote for the required work will be provided. If you choose to proceed, this will be in addition to the initial £90 fee.

Out of Hours Support
If you need our services during evenings or weekends, please call us directly. Your call will be answered by our dedicated out-of-hours team.
